All prints are shipped in tubes via USPS. USPS shipping is usually 5-7 business days but can take longer. USPS is by far the most affordable shipping option (fedex is approx $40 per tube) but unfortunately there can be delays and even occasional lost tubes. By using USPS you agree to file a lost item claim with them if your prints go missing in their system. If you would like guaranteed delivery, I can use fedex which would be a separate charge. I will send you tracking immediately. If you would like your print personalized in any way, please feel free to send me a message. All prints are on heavy-duty watercolor paper and have a half inch border included in the size. These prints will pop right into premade frames of the size given. I am happy to customize orders! I will always do everything I can to make an order correct. If your print is damaged please initiate a return within 7 days and I will issue a refund within 5 days of receipt.
